This Columbus, Ohio troupe trades in the tropes that have been common to American indie for quite a while: harmonies, reverb, mustaches, folk, chanting, impassioned melancholy. But the quartet does it with heart on its latest record, Such Things, which sets frontman Zac Little's verbose lyrics against jangling melodies and percussive refrains.
