Made with only post oak wood without any electric or gas assist. All of our side dishes and all of our offerings are hand made at the restaurant. Our smoker is right in the dining room so that customers can see how their meat is smoked. The meat is cooked at low temperature that seals the outside of the meat and insures that all the juices are kept inside. So then when served, the meat just melts in your mouth.
Roasting and smoking our meats over post oak wood only-without the use of gas or electricity. We try to bring you the authentic Texas experience.
