Ame Sanctuary (CLOSED)

The first floor of this tiny two-story building is dedicated to retail therapy, with racks bearing pricey, one-of-a-kind women's and children's clothes. The second floor is strictly for mind-body therapy, much of which can be enjoyed individually, as a couple or with a small group. The tranquility room accommodates private, couples or small-group yoga classes, Pilates, massage and meditation ($15–$150). The sensory room has cushy chairs to sink into while your nails get buffed ($7–$80), or opt for indulgent, albeit pricey, skin and body treatments. In the lounge you can throw private parties, attend workshops or sip tea while waiting to be pampered.
