Beer for the Soul Launch & Tasting Event

Chef D'Andre Carter of Soul & Smoke collaborated with Skokie brewery Sketchbook Brewing to create the special brew Beer for the Soul, a Belgian pale ale that's delicately hopped and replete with fruit and spice notes to pair perfectly with Soul & Smoke's signature BBQ sauce. You can try the pairing yourself at Time Out Market Chicago, where Beer for the Soul will be available on tap beginning May 21—swing by to sample the beer from noon to 3pm.
