Join us on Monday February 13th as we welcome Crooked Stave Artisan Beer Project to the state of Ohio. We will be tapping kegs starting at 11am. More information on the beers incuding batch numbers, hop profiles, and vintages will be released as it become available.

American IPA is brewed with wheat and quite a bit of hops

HOP SAVANT
100% Brettanomyces Pale Ale. Dry Hopped Artisian Ale Fermented in Oak Foeders. Hop additions of 36% Citra, 36% Mosaic, 28% Simcoe.
6.7% ABV

NIGHTMARE ON BRETT
Dark sour ale aged in Leopold Bros whiskey barrels
9.67% ABV

ORIGINS
Base Burgundy Sour aged in Oak Barrels. Our Hommage to the history of barrel-aging and those who have influenced us along the way.
6.5% ABV

ST. BRETTA
Dark artisan ale brewed with citrus and fermented in oak foeders. 100% brettanomyces. Citrus wildbier.
7% ABV

VIEILLE
Vieille meaning “Old” is our artisinal barrel-aged Saison, lightly dry hopped. Each batch release is a diverse blend of Vieille casks that have taken on a soft Brettanomyces character before being lightly dry hopped. Dominated by a floral, citrusy hop character, a subtle herbal note and a tart finish, Vieille’s character exemplifies artisan Saisons.
