Men pole too! From Chinese pole dancers in circus acts to Steven Retchless on America’s Got Talent; male pole dancers are a growing population. Starting March 7th we'll be adding a brand new class catering specifically to men. Men’s Pole Fitness will be taught by Jonathan Mondays at 8 PM.

Pole fitness is a full body workout that combines aspects of gymnastics, acrobatics, and many forms of dance. Pole improves strength, balance, flexibility, endurance, and coordination. Men’s Pole Fitness will focus on pole tricks that use upper body strength and highlight the male physique.
