Perhaps you're recovering from the Cleveland Marathon -or- just ramping up your running season. Whatever you intention, bring it to Harness + round the city with us each Wednesday at 6 p.m.

We leave West 29th + Detroit toward West 25th, cross the Lorain-Carnegie Bridge near the West Side Market, pass the Jake + Q down Ontario, round Huron toward the river and cross Detroit-Superior Bridge to head home.

It's about 3.5 miles, open to all levels, paces + intentions. Please register at harnesscycle.com/reserve to run this mutha.
