Slow Roll Monday: Sachsenheim says
St. Patricks Day is Thursday, so what better way to celebrate something that happened four days earlier than at a historic banquet hall built by ethnically German Romanian immigrants? That's right, it's Sachsenheim time again! Come enjoy enormous German beers and food you can't spell! I don't know what a lot of it is, either, but it sure eats good.

We'll probably be riding west. Set your barometers accordingly. It will be mostly daylight! You should still have lights, though. Bring a lock and a helmet and a dog who enjoys beer.

Sachseneim has a big lot behind the hall which can sometimes get full if there's an event going on in one of the hall's rooms that night. Otherwise expect ample parking. At worst you might have to park a block away in the monstrously huge lot in front of Dave's Supermarket.
