Purpose - To give Detroit a new perspective on the Arts.
Goals
1. To provide a platform for Licensed Detroit Tattoo artists and shop owners to Display their craft in their home city where other Expos held in the city do not.
2. To provide a Gallery type setting for Detroit Visual artists to display some of their Work
3. To provide a platform for Detroit Based Poets, Comedians, Musicians, and Soul Music artists to perform.

• We aim to reduce crime and violence by increasing employment through vocational skills training and job placement. We work with at risk youth, veterans, and returning citizens.
This is a great partnership because:
- We are promoting positivity and non-violence through the arts.
- We are giving former gang members the opportunity to "cover up" gang-affiliated tattoos with new art.
