Don't let this "Star Pass" you by! The Detroit Derby Girl All Stars are welcoming Your Mom's own Tony "Peter Pan" Muse on March 28th, 2015 for a 50 person co-ed skating clinic.

All skaters must be 18 or over and insured by WFTDA or other insurer that has reciprocity with WFTDA insurance.

Peter Pan's Magical Derby Camp will cover the following topics:

Drop It Like Its Hot: lowest hips win.How to use your hips to control and manipulate the opponent. This is how Your Mom plays the game.

Speed Kills: How to get more speed from your body to your skates. Technique, Technique, Technique.

Tony's House of Pain: Speed without control is wasted. Agility drills made fun.

Olympic Plyometrics: Plyos that have been refined with Olympic Gold Medalists. Off skates and tennis shoes required.

Clear the Mechanism: Prepare for everything. Rule #1 for success. Conversations and questions on what kind of things might we need to know and be ready for before we lace up our skates.

No Man Gets Left Behind: Pack play and the importance of teammates.

Stay Connected: How to turn two or three into an army.

That Scrum got Nothing on Me: Front line, back line we don't care. Make every position your best friend.

Let's Dance: One on One defense: How to play forward and backward, defensively.

About the Instructor Peter Pan:

Peter Pan (Tony Muse) is a player/ coach on the three time defending MRDA champion Your Mom men's roller derby team. He was also a player/ captain on the World Cup Champion men's Team USA roller derby in 2014. He coaches roller derby camps all around the world with Blood and Thunder and his Magical Derby Camps as well as being a featured coach at Northeast Derby Convention, RollerCon and Derby Revolution in Europe. Before taking up roller derby he was a 19 time World Champion speed skater on both Quads and Inlines and a National Champion and member of the USA National Team in roller hockey. Tony was inducted into the Roller Sports Hall of fame in 2013.
