If 2026 has felt like a lot, you’re not alone. From burnout to constant noise, more people are turning inward by prioritising spiritual wellness and meaningful connection to counter the fast-paced routine. The KwazuluSpirit Festival 2026 is coming at just the right time, bringing the chance for a full-body reset at Salt Rock Beach Resort from 30 to 31 May 2026.

Now in its 4th year, KwazuluSpirit has quietly grown into one of the province’s most immersive wellness experiences, combining global inspiration and a distinctly local energy.

Festival organiser Debra Robins puts it simply: “As we navigate an increasingly complex and often overwhelming world, it becomes essential to consciously create spaces where people can reconnect with themselves and one another. KwazuluSpirit Festival is a space where kindness is lived, consciousness is cultivated, and where each person is invited to contribute to a collective energy of healing, love, and higher awareness.”

What you can expect

The programme is designed so you can dip in - or fully immerse - across the weekend, with everything included in one ticket.

1. Start with the mind

Expect transformational talks and masterclasses from well-known voices in personal growth and spirituality, covering everything from conscious parenting to purpose-driven living.

2. Then move the body

From yoga and Tai Chi to meditation, kirtan, and sacred dance, the movement sessions are all about grounding, presence, and energy flow.

3. Tap into something deeper

There’s a strong spiritual element here too, with mediumship sessions, intuitive guidance, and channelling experiences for those curious about connection beyond the physical.

4. Slow it all down

Sound baths and guided meditations offer a chance to properly switch off. This is the kind of calm that’s hard to come by in everyday life.

5. Push your comfort zone (if you want to)

Yes, there’s even fire walking, as well as powerful workshops exploring themes like the divine feminine and modern masculinity.

Even if you’re not committing to the full experience, there’s still a reason to swing by. A Mindful Artisan Market at the nearby Salt Rock Country Club will be open to the public, with local crafts, live music, and a Traditional Healing Village adding to the atmosphere.
