Espai Carmen Thyssen

L'Espai Carmen Thyssen, located in the monastery of Sant Feliu de Guíxols, is an art centre dedicated to temporary exhibitions because, at present, it doesn't have a permanent collection - instead it displays works by national and international artists from the personal collection of Baroness Thyssen. It opened in the summer of 2012 with the show 'Landscapes of light, from Gaugin to Delvau', and the space has quickly become a key artistic landmark on the Costa Brava, putting Sant Feliu de Guíxols at the heart of the local cultural map, along with Girona and Figueres.
