This a festival that embraces movement. It was created in 2009 with the aim of bringing the various dance performances programmed in the Catalan town of Olot all together in one event. Ever since, it's hosted dance shows in the Teatre Principal d'Olot, as well as outdoor performances in local streets, parks and squares. There are also other activities that run in parallel to the main event, such as Tots dansen (Everybody dance) and DanDanDansa, to get residents involved. It's currently one of the key scenic arts festivals run by the Generalitat and aims to be the epicentre of dance in Catalonia, with two main strands: a market and a dance festival.
