Festival Cap Roig

Among the gardens, cliffs and walls of the castle of the Jardins de Cap Roig, everything is prepared for the 2016 edition of its famous festival, which this year takes place from July 8 to August 17. It's the 16th year that it's been held, is one of the most glamorous events on the Costa Brava and, as always, the line-up is full of stars. Acts such as Kings of Convenience (Aug 1), Status Quo (Aug 17) and Rod Stewart (Jul 9) are scheduled to appear, while among the Spanish performers are Sergio Dalma (Aug 7), Amaral (Aug 9) and Melendi (Aug 10). It's also an excellent opportunity to hear Catalan musicians such as Manel (Jul 8), Els Catarres (Aug 8) and Sopa de Cabra (Aug 16). For yet another year, Cap Roig has pulled out all the stops so that all music lovers have a concert that they can't miss.
