Acocollona't 2016

As the Sitges Film Festival finishes, Acocollona't starts, Girona's own week of fantastic and horror cinema (the name translates as 'Scare yourself'!). It starts on Friday 28 October with the inauguration of the Invictus FX exhibition at Llibreria 22 (Hortes, 22) and ends on Sunday 6 November with the awards ceremony at the Centre Cultural La Mercè. In between those two dates, you'll find a bit of everything: a talk entitled 'Parlem de ciència ficció' ('Let's talk about sci-fi') at the Cinema Truffaut, a discussion about the relationship between author Roberto Bolaño and science fiction, a screening of all the shorts that are in competition and the traditional Zombie Walk that takes place on the evening of Halloween in Plaça del Vi.
