Festival Strenes 2016

The Festival Strenes is the first stop for any local musicians worth their salt when they've got a new album out. New records, projects and tours by Catalan musicians often have their first date at this festival, which was launched in 2013 and takes place in different spaces across Girona. The festival has become an unmissable event for performers from across the panorama of Catalan music – whether they're established bands or young up-and-comers, Strenes opens the doors to any musicians who want to appear there. In the 2016 edition, established acts including Sopa de Cabra, Marina Rossell, Adrià Puntí, Quimi Portet and Núria Graham will take part.
