In Honour’s Cause: Glasgow’s WWI Memorials

A photographic exhibition charting war memorials across Glasgow. From the Cenotaph in George Square and other grand public monuments to plaques, statues and stained glass windows, including those marking the important roles played by women as field nurses and as munitions workers, the memorials pay tribute to the 18,000 war dead to come from Glasgow.
