Houston Bikeways Program says
Join us Saturday, May 30th for a Bike Ride & Open House! Drop by any time between 9am and 1pm to share your ideas to help make Houston a safer, healthier, more bike-friendly city. This event is rain or shine.

9am - 1pm - Come talk to us about your goals for biking at various stations. Drop by any time and stay as long as you are able.

9am - 11am - Join us for a group bike ride - leaving every 30 minutes. Experience a variety of bike facilities including the Columbia Tap Trail and the Lamar Cycle Track.

10am - First presentation on the plan, additional presentations will take place throughout the event.

BikeHouston will be operating BIKE VALET parking for those arriving by bike.

• Win one of 12 raffle Prizes from Houston Dynamo, Bike Barn, Corner Bakery, Zipcar, Dash and Bcycle.
• Check out Art Bike (think Art Car) hosted by ArtX
• Conquer the Kids Corner with safety tips and coloring books.
• Get involved in the first comprehensive bike planning effort in over 20 years!
• Meet the team working on the Houston Bike Plan
• Identify what type of rider you are: Fearless, confident yet concerned, or no way – you want me on a bike?
• Tell us about your experiences riding a bike in Houston - what can we do better?

The Ensemble Theater is easily accessible by Metro, B-cycle, bike, and foot! If you drive, parking is available at the HCC lots located on Berry Street at San Jacinto (next to Adkins Architectural Antiques) and on Berry Street at Fannin.
