Bounce and Turn with us on the 25th!

The party is BYOB + complimentary drinks are provided while they last! Beverages provided by Topo Chico Agua Mineral and Buffalo Bayou Brewing Company, on a first come, first serve basis. Boombox Taco will also be posting up with their delicious tacos. Live art by Houston's very own Black Cassidy Art. Texan Wire Wheels will also be in the building!

The cover on the door is $6 and we accept card/cash. Our live performers for the evening are some of Houston's finest women in the rap game:

TroubleSum:
She is one in a handful of female MC's to be consistently acknowledged on a national scale, having already been awarded the title of Best Female Rapper in Houston by The Houston Press, featured on Bun B's album 'Trill OG' and an impressive performance on the nationally distributed 'Hip Hop Life' DVD. The Teflon Diva is known nationwide for her lyrical ability and impeccable style and class. She's performed at countless shows across the nation, sharing the stage with industry heavyweights such as Rick Ross, Bun B, Young Jeezy, Lupe Fiasco, and Trina, just to name a few. The fashion forward emcee has received numerous awards and honors, representing her city everywhere she goes.

Ami Miller:
Htown's very own Ouch Girl Ami received national recognition in 2011 when she became the only female to ever make it to BET's 106 and Park Freestyle Friday semi-finals. She has recently been seen in the studio collaborating with local legends Z-Ro, Lil Keke and K-Rino for her 'Spittin Rounds Remix'.

DJ Shantè:
Born in ATL but raised in Kileen, DJ Shantè is a resident DJ on Houston's hip-hop station 93.7 The Beat. She's more than a radio DJ as she plays at parties around town and always gets the dancefloor poppin with her diverse taste in music.

DJ Havin' Thangs:
Houston-native who DJs for 96.1 KTRU Rice Radio's hip hop show. She's also the host of the party so if you have any special requests let her find out.

Wonky Power is located at 3534 Navigation Blvd. in the East End and is an outdoor/indoor covered venue so dress for whatever season it is that day in Houston. Street parking is available in the neighborhood just make sure not to get towed. Don't forget to bring your own bottles and your dancing partners!
