On September 24, we invite you to see for yourself how THE BEACON is changing lives as you join chairs Nancy and David Randall in The Beacon Day Center for the 5th Anniversary of Come to the Table: Serving Hope to Houston’s Homeless—Body, Mind and Soul. This unique culinary evening will feature Houston’s most celebrated chefs who will execute an unforgettable meal while unveiling our own freshly renovated kitchen that serves hundreds of Houston’s poor and homeless each week.

All guests of the event must purchase tickets.

We’ll start with a beautiful cocktail reception al fresco, followed by a fabulous wine-paired, four-course dinner and a live auction. We are thrilled to announce our 2015 chefs including Randy Evans, director/executive chef for H-E-B Restaurants; Efisio Farris from Arcodoro; Philippe Gaston from Izakaya; Mark Holley from Holley’s Seafood Restaurant & Oyster Bar; Manabu “Hori” Horiuchi from Kata Robata; Hugo Ortega and Ruben Ortega from Hugo’s, Backstreet Cafe, and Caracol; Mike Puccio from THE BEACON; Fernando Rios from Weights and Measures; John Sheely from Mockingbird Bistro and Claire Smith from Canopy, Shade, and Woodbar.
