Y&H classes are vinyasa-based classes. Movement and breath are linked, and you will work up a sweat, which all leads to the sweet reward of beer. All classes are all level friendly, so new yogis and seasoned pros will benefit!
Our teachers give detailed instructions for newbies as well as options to play around if you are more comfortable in your practice. Each teacher has their own unique style, click on the teacher pic to learn more about their specific class.

One beer token comes with every Y&H class. If you want to purchase additional brew stick around and have some F-U-N!

Yoga&Hops holds yoga classes at local craft breweries. Y&H is about bringing people together to connect and be social with one another before, during and after class! It’s an opportunity to meet up with friends and make some new ones at the same time!

Yoga is traditionally held in a studio environment; what’s so unique and wonderful about Y&H is the vibe, which is a result of holding class in a new location - a brewery! The environment makes Y&H approachable to the masses and thus appeals to a wide variety of folks.

We don’t take ourselves too seriously at Yoga&Hops, but this brewery is the definition of making “work” fun! With clever nods to Houston’s space industry and rodeo culture, Douglas Adams’ The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy, and even a (totally relevant, in our opinion) shrine to the one and only Betty White, this unique Heights brewery will keep you guessing. One thing that is sure to remain consistent, however, is the quality of beer they have on tap, whether year-round favorites or seasonable surprises any beer palate will be satisfied at this joint. If you haven’t checked out this Heights Brewery yet, don’t panic, swing by on one of our Y&H nights (or days) and join us as we take up space and we mean BIG SPACE, right next to the production area. After class, enjoy your brew with one of the rotating food trucks on site and/or play a game with a new yogi friend. They have games galore including corn hole, ladder golf, dummy roping, and silently judging others (but not in yoga, obv.)
