Don’t let discomfort in your hips, knees and ankles keep you from doing the activities you love most. Pain in one of these areas is often a result of years of unbalanced posture and repetitive use. YBR uses balls of different size and firmness to act like a practitioner’s hands. Michelle will guide you through specific routines using the ball, gravity and your body weight to roll out chronic tension and re-establish length and space. Unlike other modalities, Yamuna® balls are soft and feel great!

Join us to learn how to use this powerful technique to problem-solve for your own body so you can feel better at every age. Balls will be provided for use during the workshop and can be purchased afterward (cash or check only, please). This work is for all body types and will be done seated or lying on the floor.

Yoga-type clothing is recommended. Please bring your mat.
