A museum-level tribute exhibition will showcase works by the second round of inductees of the Houston Artists Hall of Fame (AHoF), some of Houston’s most prominent artists working from 1970-2000.

2-3pm: Take a Guided Tour of AHoF:
Hear directly from the exhibit’s curator, the esteemed art citric Patricia Covo Johnson, as she takes you on a walking guided tour of the displays. Learn how each of the 12 AHoF inductees helped shape and excite the contemporary art scene in Houston. Peruse their seminal works on display as you get an historic perspective of their artistic contributions and role in pioneering Houston as a respected and fertile ground in the creation of contemporary art, from the 1980’s to present.
