Houston Stands With The #4th Precinct Shut Down In Minneapolis! says
Jamar Clark, an unarmed black man, was shot in the head by Minneapolis Police on November 15th. Since then, community members have held a 24/7 occupation of the 4th Precinct Police Station to demand justice. The police have responded by assaulting protestors, raiding and destroying their encampment.

Last night, around 10:45 p.m. four white supremacists entered the protests at the #4thPrecinctShutDown. They shouted racial slurs at the crowd and then shot five people after being asked to reveal their faces or leave.

Protestors reported that the police were “laughing” and “ignoring” them when they were asking for help, and that one officer actually stated “you asked for this”. The police later moved in with crowd control gear to control the crime scene and maced the crowd that was assisting the wounded.

Let's show the people of Minneapolis that Houston stands with them in their struggle against white supremacy and police terror! We will meet in MacGregor Park near the corner of MLK Jr. Blvd & OST. Dress warm and bring signs, candles, etc., to demand #Justice4Jamar and to show your support for #4thPrecinctShutDown!
