The event creator says
IN FULL BLOOM

Spring is a time of Hope.
Please join BYC as we set intention and breathe life into this season of hope and accelerated growth.

Rienzi House - Museum of Fine Arts
1406 Kirby Drive, Houston, TX 77019

Sunday, April 9th
9 - 11 AM

Hope has been likened to a bridge that can actively transport the individual from darkness to light. Spring provides a bridge from the barren darkness of winter to the bright warmth of summer. The increased light points us toward the summer solstice. The softening earth invites us to plant seeds that will be transformed into flowers and fruits. The dormant grass comes alive to dot the fields and hillsides, and jogs our memory of the greener tapestry to come. Buds adorn the trees and bushes, with the promise of an even lusher backdrop. – Anthony Scioli

Aristotle referred to Hope as "a waking dream". What are your hopes and dreams?

What an honor it is to be able to join together in the lovely gardens of Rienzi! We will meditate and practice asana to the sounds of nature and the all-inspiring music of Bhakti House Band. During the event, Yogiños: Yoga for Youth™ will be leading a kids yoga session. Fun to be had for all ages!

After yoga, guests are invited to stay for refreshments and a tour of Rienzi's house and gardens. Admission is free.

UPDATE: after the main event, please hang around for an Acro Jam. All levels are welcome!

If you have not yet experienced a Breakfast Yoga Club Houston event, expect a guided meditation, one hour Yoga session in round robin style by four hand-picked local teachers, followed by a light breakfast provided by our sponsor, Rienzi.
