With a consistent and regular pranayama practice you can start experiencing a clearer awareness of everyday action and also touch the deeper and more meaningful space within yourself.

Pranayama (the breath work practices of the Yogic system) is a bridge between asana practice and meditation because by controlling the breathing rhythm you deepen the concentration of the mind and start calming down your nervous system and repetitive thought patterns.

In this 4-week course you will be introduced to the theory of Pranayama, preparational asanas for sitting + breathing and various traditional pranayama techniques.

Thursday evenings beginning 3/3/2016 through 3/24/2016 from 7:30pm to 8:45pm

Cost: $60 for all four sessions!
