Joy Yoga Center says
Founded by Helen Bonny (1921-2010) A violinist and music Therapist, the Bonny Method of Guided Imagery and Music (GIM) is a music-centered form of psychotherapy and a method for exploring consciousness.

Ginger Clarkson a certified Music Therapist and a Teacher of Vipassana Meditation will lead you on a journey in which you will experience inner exploration with specifically compiled classical music.

During this Journey you will report any emotions and sensations being evoked by the music and your Guide Ginger will then make note of these emotions and your journey. After your journey you can share your images and any experiences with optional group discussions and questions about the process.
