The first in a series of 5 classes—Introduction: Power of Your Plate-- is a stand-alone. The following four classes build on the introduction and are offered as a package. In each class, after a brief video with Dr. Neal Barnard, I will give a cooking demonstration. Together we will enjoy delicious, healthful dishes. There will be plenty of food samples, so come hungry and enjoy.

Class 3: Feb 21st
Class 4: Feb 28th
Class 5: March 6th

All 5 classes: $125 early bird before February 3rd, $135
Feb 7th Introduction class: $25 early bird before February 3rd, $35
Classes 2-5: $105 early bird before February 10th, $125
Classes 2-5 are open to attendees of 2/7/2016 and 11/22/2015 introduction class.
