Kt6 01 Selection V.B.S.S. says
This is a demanding selection course designed to identify self-disciplined operators who are capable of working effectively as part of a small group under stressful conditions for long periods of time. Incredibly high standards are necessary because of the difficult mental, physical, and emotional challenges that can be encountered in real world operations. Selection requires candidates to be rigorously assessed to determine their aptitude and suitability to begin training within the ranks of KT6. There are a number of physical and mental challenges that will be conducted within a controlled environment. Only the most determined candidates will remain at the end of selection. This will be an extensive one day selection for members of Z.E.R.T. that want to achieve a higher standard. Successful candidates will receive the prestigious KT6 tab and earn the first step towards becoming a member of the Silent Circle.

This is strictly a pass or fail selection course. Candidates will be graded and evaluated throughout the course on the following leadership, mindset, and ability to follow directions and successfully execute tasks. Candidates will not know if they have passed or failed until the end of selection. A final training exercise must also be completed as a unit to graduate selection to earn the KT6 tab.
