Meditation is the art of looking inside and discovering one’s own inner being. It calms us down, lowers blood pressure and helps transform our day-to-day life into a better, more meaningful and fulfilling life.

The workshop will begin with pranayama, breathing techniques, to bring energy into the body and to balance.
The word mantra means to train the mind. We will use mantra and sound vibration for healing, to remove obstacles, to open up our hearts and to prepare for meditation.
Together we will connect energy and sound in a powerful healing mediation.

With the body and mind calmer, we will go on a journey with a chakra guided meditation. Chakras are wheels of energy in the body. There are seven main chakras. If one chakra is out of alignment it affects the energy of the body and the balance of the other chakras. We will use visualization and guided meditation to balance the chakras – starting with the root chakra, the chakra related to basic needs, finding balance and stability and then building on each chakra until we are aligned and balanced and the flow of healing energy is moving in the body.
You will leave the workshop reconnected to yourself and others, calm and refreshed, and in touch with the beauty of who you are.

The workshop will be accessible to all, first time meditators and those with a regular practice.
Wear comfortable clothing, bring a pillow and or blanket for your comfort.
