Fight hunger by joining us for a short volunteer shift followed by a self-defense course. Tim Mousel, M.S., owner of the Mousel's Self-Defense Academy, will be leading the self-defense course and empowering you with the skills, tactics and strategies to survive/avoid a violent situation.
