Excited to announce for the month of February our sound meditation will be led by Margaret Mulligan Nardecchia. Margaret once she began using her gifts in light work, Margaret was drawn to the heart-centered healing of sound. Trained by sound healer Crystal Niewolny Schider in Sedona, AZ, Margaret intuitively plays crystal quartz singing bowls to create harmonics and sound received from the angelic realm to clear and align our energy centers. As our bodies are mostly water, sound has a profound impact on healing blocks we hold at all levels of our bodies. She incorporates the healing properties of stones and crystals in her work. She has found that the music she channels has balancing benefits and releases what each individual needs most, even when played for a large group of people.

Trained in Reiki drumming by master Michael Baird of Sedona, AZ, Margaret uses sound and Reiki to balance the etheric, emotional and physical bodies at a deep level. Reiki promotes stress relief, relaxation and pain relief, increases physical energy and enhances the immune function. Margaret is a Reiki Master, certified through the International Center for Reiki Training. She also uses drumming with soul retrieval, a process of shamanic journeying to retrieve soul fragments we may have lost from traumatic experiences in this or other lifetimes.

Healing sounds and rhythms, whether through crystal bowls or drums, remind us of our beginnings and that we are all connected and whole as part of the web of life. Through the expression of sound, we remember our childlike enthusiasm and joy of being in this world.
