What Is It?
Best Friends Animal Society's Strut Your Mutt is an annual charity event in which animal lovers all over the nation get together to raise money for homeless animals. Each rescue group spends approximately 4 months fundraising, and then the event culminates in a fun dog walk in several cities arond the nation. Houston's dog walking event is during the morning of Saturday, October 15, 2016 at Stude Park. The event isn't your average dog walk. It's about saving the lives of homeless pets across the country. There will be exhibitors, field day activities, kid crafts, a "Smooch Your Pooch" photo booth, a pet costume contest, and raffles with great prizes!
