Suicide Support And Education Group says
This event is for those that struggle with suicidal thoughts, depression, loneliness, anxiety, and chronic sadness. Loved ones are also welcome.

You can participate or be a spectator as we share, learn, connect through uplifting activities, and mirror the aspects of ourselves that shine.

When we share, we come to realize that we are not alone in our pain and struggles.

When we place light upon our shadow, we see more than just darkness.

When we connect with others in a different frame of mind, we notice contrast.

When we see the beauty in ourselves, we see who we really are.

This is NOT a suicide prevention group.
This is NOT a 12-step program.
This is NOT therapy.

Leave your expectations at the door.

FREE and OPEN group.
