Cuchara Restaurant says
We are honoring the main axis of our culture, The Aztecs.
Tenochtitlan was the Aztec city located on an island in Lake Texcoco; founded on June 20 of 1325. A thriving culture developed, and the Mexica civilization came to dominate other tribes all around Mexico. The small natural island was perpetually enlarged as Tenochtitlan grew to become the largest and most powerful city in Mesoamerica, becoming our capital better known today as CDMX, Mexico City.

Join us in celebrating the first day of our "15 days of The Aztecs".
