Program Overview:
The field of transplantation and circulatory support is continuously evolving and improving. CHI St Luke’s Health Baylor St. Luke’s Medical Center is hosting the 2nd Annual O.H. “Bud” Frazier Transplant Roundup, showcasing a comprehensive docket of presentations exploring current therapies and advancements in multi organ transplant and VAD.

This year’s conference will include a special dedication to pioneer and legend, Dr. O.H. “Bud” Frazier. Dr. Frazier is globally recognized as a catalyst for innovation in the treatment of advanced heart failure and in the fields of heart transplantation and mechanical circulatory support.

The program will also present contemporary topics such as the benefits of early implantation of LVADS, emerging therapies for hepatitis C, pulmonary hypertension, pregnancy in transplant, composite tissue transplantation, as well as a multidisciplinary presentation in transplant support services.
