University Of Houston Art & Architecture Campus Tour says
As part of Docomomo US National Tour Day, the AIA Houston Chapter and Houston Mod have partnered to host a walking tour exploring the art, architecture and campus design at the University of Houston main campus.

Cost: $5 for AIA Houston members, Houston Mod members, and architecture students with current ID; $10 General Admission.

Reservations are recommended, register by clicking the "Tickets Available" link above. Credit card payments accepted online; cash and check only if purchased at the tour.

A few notable modern architecture works on the tour include: the Fine Arts Building, 1972, CRSS; Cullen College of Engineering, 1967, Golemon and Rolfe; A.D. Bruce Religion Center, 1965, Frank C. Dill; Ezekiel W. Cullen Building, 1950, Alfred C. Finn; and the Science and Research 1 Building, 1969, MacKie and Kamrath.

The tour will meet by the Winged Woman sculpture in the courtyard in front of the Moores School of Music. Parking is available in the adjacent campus visitor's lot. Parking fees are not included in the tour registration.

DOCOMOMO US Tour Day is an annual event in which architecture and preservation organizations around the country simultaneously host tours celebrating modern architecture.
