Nineteen years ago, Offf was born in Barcelona, Spain. Today, it has become a popular innovation and creativity festival worldwide. The event, hosted at the Tel Aviv Museum of Art, will offer a series of conferences, workshops, performances, and activities but most of all- will serve as a meeting point for collaborators and cultural commotion.
