Time Out says

An important biblical spot for Christianity.

Tabgha is a quiet cove on the northern shore of the Sea of Galilee. It is the spot where many Gospel stories, including the Multiplication of Loaves and Fishes, took place. The site is marked with the Church of Multiplication, which contains many beautiful mosaics, depicting Jesus’ miracles. Take a walk along the Tabgha-Capernaum promenade, to experience the Church of Peter’s Primacy. This Church is known as the place where Jesus cooked breakfast for the disciples after the resurrection. The beach is one that Jesus and his disciples walked, making it a great visit for those interested in history and religion.
