A gastronomic experience for all the senses

Feincook

After years immersed in fine dining kitchens around the world, Yair Feinberg  discovered that although a lot of culinary trends and fusions are arriving to Israel, there isn’t a forum to share the information and allow people to absorb it. To reach and educate more people about food, he decided to provide the right tools and an accessible space. Hence, Feinberg  opened Feincook and joined forces with fellow chef Eli Hoffner to create a full service gastronomic space. Now Feincook hosts workshops ranging from understanding food labels to utilizing stabilizers in cooking, and serves as a gastronomic center for curious foodies and more. 84 Ben Zvi St, Tel Aviv  (077-7107744/feincook.co.il)
