After TLV Fashion Mall, the fashion-forward upscale addition to the Tel Aviv scene became the talk of the town, a new pop up market with an underground feel and street food noshes from all over the globe just opened at this shopping haven. The pop up, which will stay open for 4 months, features a mix of local favorites and super current and shiny food concepts all at reasonable prices from NIS 20-50. It is open Wednesday through Saturday from noon to midnight and boasts a live dj experience around a roomy bar and so many eclectic bites to choose from.

Here is what’s in store:

Yatai, the home of the ramen burger. Say what? They have a hefty bun made of ramen noodles and a juicy burger inside. Of course, vegans can opt for the vegan Portobello burger. Get your camera phone ready for this one!

Itchikidana. Perhaps the most exciting of them all! Indian street food with bright flavors and an overflowing spread of fresh vegetables. Discover dosa, crepe-like pancakes made from a fermented lentil batter that is spilling over with veggie goodness. There’s even a sweet version with chocolate! Don’t miss the cashew lassi, a smoothie like vegan drink with a pop of spices. Vegan and gluten-free, it’s all here!

Bunny Chow, the Carmel Market’s beloved South African curry spot has also set up shop here. Always a favorite with their vibrant curries spice-mastered to perfection and the hollowed-out challah bun. They also have Boerwors, South African spicy sausages that you can only find here.

Humongous Gyros (pronounced yeeros) - they will be your hero, stuffed with tender, slow-cooked meat packed in a pita from Capitaine in the Carmel Market, where they are known for their selection of Greek small plates and the uber-fresh ingredients.

You’ll also find spanish tapas, Thai food, paella, a full bar and dim sum. Get snacking while you move to the beats.

For the sweet touch, opt for Hong Kong Puffs , a spherical egg-waffle topped with candy and ice cream or dig into cookie dough by the cup from Nola, the adorable American bakery. Yes, ice cream is getting a run for its money as caramel popcorn topped cookie dough becomes the ultimate dessert hack.

Bring friends so you can taste from it all!
