Thierry Smits's honest performance strips the male body down to its barest, literally, in his nude dance performance. Anima Ardens throws its dancers and the audience into a trance state as it builds and builds to a collective emotional climax on a hunt for space of freedom. This October, 11 Compagnie Thor dancers come together as one, yet maintain individuality, through fluid movements that reflect shamanic rituals and practices.
