Rafi Hovav

Hovav has been treating Israeli women for years, the brothers Rafi and Alon Hovev brought their passion for the profession with them from their childhood home. They worked in a large number of salons in Paris and in the U.S. After managing to get along with European and American hair, Israeli hair was a piece of cake for Rafi.
