The Drisco Hotel
Time Out says
Halfway between Tel Aviv and Jaffa is a historic tourist gem, which puts Tel Aviv in one line with the world's tourism capitals
The Drisco Hotel is made up of two 150-year-old artist-renovated buildings: a wooden building and a beautiful romantic stone building. After many years of neglect, the buildings were renovated and turned into a dream boutique hotel. The rooms are different from each other because of the strict renovation but they all have the same high-quality compilation, elegant design, and an unbelievably soft bed. On the roof, you can sit for a drink in front of a panoramic view of the entire city, and the lobby presents the history of the location on a platform of up-to-date design. On the ground floor is GEORGE & JOHN's chef restaurant, by chef Tomer Tal.
