Pack up the whole family for the year’s most blissful getaway, filled with non-stop live folk and world music concerts set on the pastoral lawns and peaceful beaches of Lake Kinneret. From the world’s best gypsy, American, and scandinavian folk, to Middle Eastern blues, bagpipes, swing, and much more, lovely melodies will send festival-goers swaying at their picnics and twirling across the green lawns all weekend.

From Thursday to Saturday afternoon, Jacob’s Ladder features a variety of festive workshops and engaging activities in addition to the concerts and jam sessions. The schedule includes but is not limited to a medieval musical parade, open mic sessions, ukulele and blues guitar workshops, yoga, tai chi, an array of dance workshops from Irish and swing, to American folk and traditional medieval dancing, and children’s activities like basket weaving, an interactive puppet show, a soapstone workshop, tye-dye, a circus corner, storytelling, and so on. There will even be a holistic medicine tent, a book swap, and plenty opportunities for swimming in the lake or pool.
