Through Open Restaurants onlookers will be allowed to experience workshops and dinner behind Jerusalem’s most elite restaurants. Beyond that participants will learn the history behind the fascinating consumption culture.
The brainchild of Merav Oren, Open Restaurants started in 2013 when Oren had to itch the scratch of curiosity and wanted to uncover the world of what goes on before the plate hits the table.
Now in its third year in Jerusalem from November 13-17 foodies will have the opportunity to sign up for workshops, tastings and more to uncover the rich flavors of Jerusalem eateries.
