Dinings, which serves a unique and luxurious blend of authentic Japanese and modern cuisine, will be offering a unique 'Omakase' dinner that will be served for four nights only at the round table in the restaurant. Masaki Sugisaki, the chef and owner of the award-winning Dinings restaurant in London, will be leading the special event alongside the main chef of the Israeli branch, Doron Levy.
The word Omakase, a Japanese phrase meaning "I'll leave it up to you" is based on the Japanese verb "to entrust". In its culinary sense, it is a meal in which the diner places the menu in the hands of the chef - creating an otherworldy experience based on the best raw materials that the restaurant has to offer and the chef's technique.
For this event, special ingredients will be imported from Japan and will take place on four dates: Friday, November 30, Saturday, December 1st and on The weekend of January 1st and 2nd. Alongside the meal and throughout the evening, a sake menu will be served with treasures brought in by chef Masaki Sugisaki personally. The meal will take place in two rounds - 18:30 and 21:30. The price of the meal is NIS 600 per person.
