In preparation for the International Hamburger Day - Grinberg Bistro is celebrating with a special burger menu

International Hamburger Day, starting on May 28 each year, marks the birth of flat patties served in a soft roll - one of the most popular dishes in the world. The hamburger's historic path began in Russiaia as a steak tartar. In the fifteenth century via the journeys of German sailors, hamburgers rolled into the city of Hamburg, where they roasted and fried it and from there, the name 'hamburger' was christened. Over the years, the hamburger has become one of the most iconic dishes in the world.

Grinberg Bistro's menu presents the many and varied faces of the hamburger. From Grinberg's kitchen, the variety of hot and juicy patties will be added to fluffy rolls with many additions, for example:

Raman burger - crispy raman, meat balls with shiitake and shallots, aioli aisu, tempura eggplant (78 NIS)
Pizza burger - meatball with fresh mozzarella, smoked mozzarella, tomato sauce, barbecue and coriander onions (82 ₪)
Tartar burger - beef fillet in a brioche, remoulade sauce and egg yolk (68 ₪)
Crab & shrimp burger - fried crab and shrimp patty, tartar sauce, cabbage and kale coleslaw served in a beet bun (92 NIS)
Donut burger - a donut burger filled with milk jelly, crunch cornflakes and toffee sauce (52 NIS)
