The hot trend of glow-in-the-dark ice cream was discovered in Australia and from there spread to many countries, including England, Japan, USA, the Philippines and Brazil - since becoming a dazzling success. While around he world the glowing color is actually derived from jellyfish protein, in Israel, in order to be kosher - the color is extracted from vitamin B. Also, in order to enhance the glowing effect, Golda will be setting up a special dark room outside the branches.
