A new pop-up named Fluffy at Shuk HaNamal in the Tel Aviv Port offers savory pancakes with a variety of creative and indulgent toppings
Pancakes with spicy calamari, hummus, and chili, pancakes with bacon, eggs, and maple syrup, and pancakes with chopped greens and beef are just some of the unexpected dishes that will be featured at the Fluffy pop-up pancake bar. For three weekends, starting from 11/05, a variety of pancakes will be served at a special stand, with different and special toppings, all served hot. The flavored and airy pancakes will be complemented by a variety of savory and creative dishes, with many raw materials coming from the nearby Port Market.
Chef Alex Weiner and Linoy Revivo are both responsible for this project. They both have a rich repertoire in the restaurant field - Alex has starred in many kitchens, from Kitchen Market and Mashya to Asia restaurant in Jaffa. And Linoy has countless experience in management and service.
